- In 1883, Henry Sherry built Keller Plaza with Queen Anne architectural style. It was originally referred to as "Sherry's Post Office Block." It housed a U.S. Express Company, a Savings Bank, Wheeler & Jennings Lumber Company, and Henry Sherry's U.S. Post Office. Interestingly, prior to the building of the current Masonic Temple, the Masons held meetings in 143 W. Wisconsin Ave. in the plaza.
- In 1953, J.J. Keller purchased the building and leased parts of the building to various companies. He sold Keller Plaza to Future Neenah in 1992. With much of the original stone and brick, it provides Neenah with a historically rich building. Keller Plaza also houses businesses in downtown Neenah. Over the years, Keller Plaza has been constantly changing and has provided the community with various types of services.
